The Broads National Park is the place to be this Easter with an array of events taking place throughout the season. So whether you're young, old or somewhere in between make sure you find a space in your calendar for these Easter activities…

Hares Lecture (22 March)

Sue Alderman talks on behalf of the hare preservation trust to give a glimpse into the secretive world of the iconic hare. As a naturalist and photographer she is uniquely placed to reveal the truths about the mystical mammal which can be found in a field near you.

Easter Basket Craft (06 April)

Come to Whitlingham Country Park to get involved with a hands-on craft workshop to make your own Easter basket from willow, bramble & dog-wood. Get in touch with nature and take something pretty home too.

Easter Trail at Hoveton Hall (30 March - 02 April)

At Hoveton Hall children can take part in an Easter treasure hunt.  Follow the clues for an exciting journey through the gardens ending at the entrance of the prize giving kiosk. There will even be a special hunt for small children with Hoveton Hall’s very own Easter bunnies on hand to give out clues.

Wild Easter Family Trail at Strumpshaw Fen (30 March - 08 April)

At Strumpshaw Fen the ever-popular Easter Trail will lead your family around the beautiful discovery zone at RSPB Strumpshaw. There will be activities to get involved in and lots of spring wildlife to discover.

Easter Eggspress (30 March - 02 April)

What better way to celebrate Easter then by train? The Easter Eggspress is full of spring surprises with an Easter egg hunt, nature quiz and colour and drawing competitions. There are even free chocolate Easter eggs!
